At Destination Zen, a timeless space where every treatment invites relaxation and regeneration.

A qualified massage therapist, I combine reflexology, massage, cupping, acupressure and energy work to release tension, boost circulation and restore mind-body harmony.

As a former footballer, I know the importance of recovery, and can help both athletes and those in search of pure relaxation.

Each session is a unique experience: an inner journey where energy flows again and balance is restored.

• Signature treatments (full-body massage) - treatments with specially selected linens and oils
• Foot reflexology

Rates :

• 30 minutes : Chf 80.-
• 60 minutes : Chf 120 (except sports massage: Chf 150)
• 90 minutes : Chf 190.-

📋 F irst session Allow an additional 20 minutes for anamnesis (supplement CHF 20.-).

📍 Nyon practice Located opposite the train station, close to public transport. Nearby parking lots: PerdTemps and Gare de Nyon.

📍 Cabinet de Carouge Just a stone's throw from the Centre Commercial de la Praille. Public transport and visitor parking available (PEtoile or shopping center parking lot). Treatments available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

🏠 Home sessions Available at a supplement of CHF 30.

💳 Payment & conditions Payment in cash or via TWINT at the end of the session. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged.
