A holistic approach to well-being

🌿Massotherapy is a discipline designed to relieve tension, reduce muscular pain, promote deep relaxation and improve overall well-being. It acts on the muscular, circulatory, nervous and lymphatic systems, helping to release areas of stress, improve mobility and promote better physical recovery.

🌿 Cupping therapy is a manual technique derived from traditional practices. It stimulates blood and lymph circulation, promotes detoxification, reduces muscular pain and releases deep-seated tension. It is particularly indicated for back pain, chronic tension and contractures, as well as for improving sports recovery.

Sessions are tailored to individual needs:

• relaxation,
• stress management,
• muscular pain,
• fatigue,
• physical or mental overload.

These wellness sessions are not reimbursed by health insurance,

Rates and duration according to session:

👉Massage: 120 CHF / 60 min

👉Detox cupping - general balance : 120 CHF / 60 min

👉Ventouses specific pain treatment : 75 CHF / 40 min

About us ...

After working for nearly 10 years in the medical field, mainly as a medical assistant, I felt the need to take a new path.

A path that remained focused on others, with the desire to contribute, in my own way, to well-being.

So it was quite natural for me to turn to these practices, which resonate with my values.

I'm convinced that these approaches are complementary, and powerful allies in health and prevention, suitable for everyone. :

Massage therapy and hijama/cupping meet and complement each other: these therapies offer the body a path to liberation, regeneration and inner balance.

Driven by passion and a constant desire to learn, I trained rigorously in these disciplines.

Today, I welcome you to a professional space, where everyone is invited to take care of themselves at their own pace, in complete confidence.
