__Massage therapy is__ a natural, holistic approach to restoring physical and emotional balance. It addresses muscular tension, circulatory and lymphatic disorders, chronic pain, stress and emotional imbalances.
__Manual lymphatic drainage is__ one of the practice's flagship treatments. This gentle, precise technique stimulates lymphatic circulation to eliminate toxins, reduce swelling and edema, and reinforce the body's natural defenses. It is particularly indicated in cases of heavy legs, water retention, chronic fatigue and post-operative support.
__Foot reflexology__ completes this approach by stimulating the foot's reflex zones to support the body's organs and functions.
Elise Mivelaz is available by appointment only, in a calm and caring environment at the Nouvel Horizon therapeutic center in Broc, 5 minutes from Bulle.
__Massage therapy and foot reflexology are recognized by the ASCA and RME complementary health insurance funds.__ Lymphatic drainage is the patient's responsibility.
