Sports massage: March 2025

After graduating in Classical Massage in England, and a period as a stay-at-home mom, I took up my training again in Switzerland and opened my own practice in Villars-le-Grand. From February 2025, I will also be working at ActivFitness in Fribourg and APIK Santé&Sport in Domdidier.

ASCA/RME accredited, I offer therapeutic/well-being massages tailored to the needs and expectations of each client.

In a calm, soothing atmosphere, I use grape-seed oil for its anti-oxidant, moisturizing and regenerating properties as a neutral oil. For contracted areas, I use a fern oil composed of lavender, Scotch pine and juniper essential oils.
