__Massage therapy__ is a form of manual therapy that works on the whole body. This approach mainly targets the body's muscles and joints. Its aim is to improve or maintain a person's physical capabilities.
__Classical massage__ is an external treatment of the body using the hands. Specific touch and manipulation techniques applied to the skin trigger stimuli that act deep down on tissues and muscles.
__Foot reflexology__ is a therapeutic technique based on the idea that each zone of the foot corresponds to an organ or part of the body. By applying specific pressure to these reflex zones, we aim to stimulate the body's self-regulating mechanisms and restore balance to the body.
__Classical baby massage__ is the gentle, caring practice of massaging an infant's body with movements designed to promote physical and emotional well-being. It is often seen as a means of communication, strengthening the parent-child bond, and can bring many benefits, such as relaxation, relief of discomfort, and sensory development. Massage can help relieve colic, constipation, gas and muscular tension.
