Her personal journey—shaped by numerous shoulder and back injuries during her career as a competitive and open-water swimmer—led her to discover the benefits of chiropractic care.
Captivated by the discipline, she moved to England and spent five years studying chiropractic medicine at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic.
Back in Switzerland, Anouk refined her skills in the chiropractic department of the CHUV in Lausanne, collaborating with a wide range of healthcare professionals and enriching her clinical experience. In 2024 she earned her Swiss federal diploma in chiropractic, underscoring both her expertise and her commitment to the profession.
Today, Anouk is dedicated to helping patients relieve pain and reclaim an active lifestyle, with a focus on improving mobility and guiding rehabilitation.
