It has been proven for over 20 years that treatable risk factors cause over 90% of cardiovascular diseases (Yusuf et al., Interheart Study, The Lancet, 2004). Therefore, these should be recognized as early as possible and proactively influenced in a positive way.

In order to gain an even better understanding of the motor of physical performance, I completed my specialization as a cardiologist and now, in addition to my hospital and outpatient work, I also manage a cardiac rehabilitation program in order to be able to offer patients the fastest and most sustainable regeneration possible, e.g. after a heart attack, with my expertise.
