Having grown up in the German-Swiss border region, Prof. Glökler completed his extensive training at the renowned Inselspital Bern. There he specialized in general and interventional cardiology under the guidance of leading international cardiologists - with a particular focus on structural heart disease, coronary physiology and interventional closure of the left atrial appendage for stroke prevention.

Today, Prof. Glökler is your reliable partner for all questions relating to the heart - from precise diagnostics and the treatment of complex heart attacks to gentle catheter interventions for structural defects.
