Ayurvedic medicine is a traditional Indian approach that aims to harmonize physical and emotional functions through diet, lifestyle, massage & skincare and natural remedies.

Thai massage, complementary to this practice, relies on gentle stretching and targeted pressure to promote relaxation and energy circulation.

My career path has been built up over nearly twenty years of exploring yoga, meditation and traditional methods of health and well-being. Initially trained as a yoga teacher, I broadened my understanding of the human body with Thai Yoga Massage before training in Ayurveda in India, then in Switzerland at the European Institute of Vedic Studies.
