Art therapy is an invitation to express oneself, to feel and to (re)discover oneself through creation. Far from any aesthetic research, it offers a space for exploration where artistic expression becomes a language in its own right, enabling us to transform our emotions, tensions or questioning into a meaningful creative movement.

Through painting, drawing, collage, modeling, photography, writing or acting, I accompany each person on an inner journey where imagination and creativity pave the way to overall well-being.

This process fosters self-understanding, helps overcome emotional blockages and restores a central place to vitality, confidence and serenity.

With over 20 years' experience in the field of human resources, I have developed a holistic approach that links artistic sensitivity, sympathetic listening and therapeutic support.

This dual expertise enables me to work with people facing situations of stress, anxiety, hypersensitivity, discouragement, burn-out, bereavement or personal or professional transition.

I also accompany children and teenagers in their questioning, their emotions or their relational difficulties, offering them a free, secure and non-judgmental space for expression.

My approach is aimed at anyone wishing to rediscover balance, meaning and confidence through a creative process. It is based on the conviction that emotions and feelings are essential to our relationship with the world and to our personal fulfillment.

A recognized ASCA and RME practitioner, my sessions are partially reimbursed by most Swiss supplementary insurances.

Fees :

Assessment /1ᵉʳ Appointment: 30 minutes at the practice - CHF 60.00

60-minute session : CHF 120.00

90-minute session : CHF 180.00
