Ms Valentine Deltour 

Valentine Deltour is an RME-certified art therapist based in Lausanne, and founder of the Créons en Corps workshop. Her vision is to offer deeply human and innovative therapeutic support, where creativity becomes a genuine lever for personal transformation. Rather than limiting herself to the spoken word, she invites everyone to explore their emotions, blockages and resources through the body, movement, voice, imagination and artistic creation.

Her approach is based on the idea that the body and the unconscious often know before the mind. Using tools such as drawing, painting, modeling, dance, breathing, hypnosis and role-playing, Valentine enables people to bypass resistance, bring to light what cannot always be formulated in words, and rediscover a sense of coherence, confidence and inner momentum.

Each session is tailored to the individual's needs: stress management, emotional difficulties, periods of transition, lack of confidence, psychological fatigue or the search for meaning. No artistic skills are required: the essential thing is to dare to experiment, feel and express yourself.

Individual sessions are priced at CHF 140 for 1 hour, reflecting our recognized expertise, high quality of support and holistic therapeutic approach, combining creativity, body and emotional depth.
