### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Drama therapist, art therapist, psychosexologist in training, intuitive massage therapist.
My work is intended for anyone wishing to explore, nurture, empower themselves, and flourish in their sexuality, their connection to their body, and their intimacy. It is grounded in a humanistic perspective that respects diversity in relationships, gender, sexuality, eroticism, culture, and the body.
I can also create a customized workshop within an institution.
Note: You don’t have to be an artist to practice art therapy. Furthermore, the following tools are offered with respect for oneself and one’s limits.
Tools available for sensory, emotional, and creative exploration:
· Theater, including role-playing, self-narrative, embodied movement, and bodily sensations (drama therapy)
· Hypnosis in the form of a jointly created imaginary journey
· Breathing, voice, vibration, and movement
· Plastic and visual arts
· Psychosexual and bodily exploration
How do drama therapy and sexology sessions work?
They consist of discussions interspersed with somatic, sensory, creative, and artistic exercises. It’s a back-and-forth process that enriches both aspects. These experiences serve as a valuable complement to the discussion, as they provide a concrete way to tap into one’s inner resources, deepen self-awareness, expand one’s psychocorporal vocabulary and imagination, encourage movement, and explore paths toward solutions for everyday life. That is why it is necessary to set aside time to discuss what has taken place.
2 TO 3 SESSIONS FOR THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We get to know each other to see if we can establish a relationship of trust.
Creating a personal map.
Understanding the issues at hand and clarifying the therapeutic goal.
Developing a psycho-sexual-bodily vocabulary and exploring how to connect the body and mind.
5 TO 6 SESSIONS (OR MORE, IF REQUESTED)
TO ACHIEVE THE THERAPEUTIC GOAL
Discussions and experiences are more focused on the goal defined together during the initial assessment
You will explore solutions that seem relevant to you using the sensory, emotional, and creative tools at your disposal, in order to experiment with them through hands-on activities.
Regular discussions about these experiments to assess the impact of the process.
