### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Dramatherapist, art therapist, pychosexologist in training, intuitive masseuse.
My work is aimed at anyone wishing to explore, care for, empower and fulfill their sexuality, their relationship with their body, and their intimacy. It is rooted in a humanist perspective, respecting relational, gender, sexual, erotic, cultural and bodily diversity.
Possibility of creating a tailor-made workshop within an institution.
N. B. : You don't have to be an artist to practice art therapy. In fact, the tools that follow are proposed with respect for oneself and one's limits.
Tools available for sensory, emotional and creative experimentation:
\- Theater, including role-playing, self-narrative, the embodied body and its sensations
\- Hypnosis in the form of a co-constructed imaginary journey
\- Breath, voice, vibration and movement
\- Plastic and visual art
\- Psycho-sexo-corporal exploration
How do Dramatherapy & Sexology sessions work?
They consist of discussions punctuated by somatic, sensory, creative and artistic experimentation. A mutually enriching back-and-forth. These experiences are a good complement to the discussion, as they are a concrete way of getting in touch with resources, making progress in self-knowledge, deploying a vocabulary and a psycho-corporal imaginary, encouraging people to get moving and looking for ways to find solutions for everyday life. That's why it's essential to spend some time discussing what's happened.
2 TO 3 SESSIONS FOR ANAMNESIS
(ALTHOUGH THE WORK BEGINS IMMEDIATELY)
We get to know each other to see if we can establish a bond of trust.
Creation of a personal cartography.
Understand the issues at stake and clarify the therapeutic objective.
Develop psycho-sexo-corporal vocabulary and see how to link body and mind.
5 TO 6 SESSIONS (OR MORE DEPENDING ON DEMAND)
TO ACHIEVE THE THERAPEUTIC GOAL
Discussions and experiences are focused on the objective defined together during the anamnesis.
You will consider solutions that seem relevant to you, using the sensory, emotional and creative tools at your disposal, in order to experiment with them through play.
Regular discussions around the experiments to measure the impact of the approach.
