In his clinical practice, research, and teaching, Prof. Dr. med. Heiko Uthoff focuses on the diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of vascular circulatory disorders (PTA) as well as the outpatient management of varicose veins. As a scientific project leader at the University of Basel, he is also actively engaged as an author, reviewer, and lecturer in the field, contributing both to the development of innovative techniques and to the training of young physicians.
