Dr Eric Buchser is an FMH specialist in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine. He has recognized expertise in pain management, analgesia and neuromodulation techniques, areas to which he has devoted a large part of his clinical activity for many years.
He holds a double FMH qualification in anesthesiology and intensive care, as well as a European diploma in both specialties. His professional career has been enriched by international experience at leading institutions, notably the Pain Clinic at the University of Washington in Seattle and the Department of Anesthesia at McGill University in Montreal. This training has enabled him to develop in-depth expertise in the assessment and management of acute and chronic pain.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Buchser has been particularly involved in the treatment of complex pain, whether related to neurological, musculoskeletal, post-operative or chronic pathologies. He supports patients in a holistic approach aimed at improving their quality of life through tailored treatments and specialized pain management techniques.
For over twenty-five years, he was Chief Physician in the Department of Anesthesia, Analgesia and Neuromodulation at Morges Hospital. The author of numerous scientific publications in the field of pain, he continues to work as an assistant physician in the Department of Anesthesia, Analgesia and Neuromodulation at the Ensemble hospitalier de la Côte (EHC).
