In our health practice, we combine Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN) with modern herbal medicine and scientifically grounded therapies—individually tailored, mindful, and on an equal footing. We view you as a whole person: body, mind, and soul.

We are members of the Swiss Professional Association for Naturopathy and Complementary Therapy (NVS) and are EMR and SPAK certified.

Who We Are

We are two naturopaths who met while training to become certified naturopaths (TEN) and quickly realized that we share common values, a holistic view of humanity, and a passion for the healing power of nature.

After years of learning together and a deepening friendship, it became clear to us: We want to create a practice that offers space for connection, trust, and holistic healing.
