In my holistic massage sessions in Zurich-Seefeld, I address not only physical complaints such as tension or back pain, but also support the release of emotional and energetic blockages.

Through individually tailored treatments – such as classic massage and foot reflexology in accordance with EMR guidelines – space is created for deeper regeneration. Many of my clients report not only an improvement in their symptoms but also a noticeable sense of inner calm and newfound clarity.
