I am interested in the body's natural ability to regulate and heal itself. I support you in working through stressful or challenging experiences and reconnecting with your body, mind and soul. ## Shiatsu, Laser & Somatic Experiencing __Shiatsu__ Shiatsu is a Japanese treatment method with its roots in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It is suitable for people of all ages. __Laser__ In my practice, I combine the latest medical technology with ancient knowledge. My knowledge of conventional medicine, Shiatsu and my experience in laser therapy come together in this new form of therapy. __Somatic Experiencing ( SE)__ Somatic Experiencing helps to release bound energies and thereby find new vitality, clarity and inner peace. This method can help the nervous system to gradually discharge blocked energies so that the ability to self-regulate is restored. ## __Further offers__ __Ancient Lomi Lomi Ritual Massage__ Ancient Lomi Lomi guides us to a new resonance by opening forgotten pathways of energy, information, vitality and wisdom in the body. This work offers a new paradigm of healing based on ancient principles of embodiment. Ancient Lomi Lomi opens new pathways of life force, bringing us into relationship with the body and supporting our capacity for healing work. We become "presence in motion". __Shiatsu in water, water dance, Watsu of the five elements__ You were born from water, you can be reborn from water. In the beautiful thermal baths in Zurich, you can immerse yourself in 35 degree water and simply be. A treatment in the water promotes deep physical relaxation as well as the connection between body, mind and soul. Basic trust grows and we learn how to deal with fears. __Coaching__ Have you forgotten how to shape your life creatively? Do you find it difficult to trust your intuition? Do you lack the feeling of standing up for yourself with clarity and going your own way? Are there moments when you wish you had an open ear to simply express your thoughts? __Pregnancy__ My range of treatments during pregnancy is diverse and covers many areas. To alleviate pregnancy complaints, to prepare for birth and to prepare for a water birth . __Postpartum__ In addition to Shiatsu, I also support the postpartum period with my low level laser, which has a supportive effect in cases of breast inflammation, for the treatment of birth injuries, hemorrhoids and after a caesarean section.
