Gain strength.__ Breath therapy is a body-oriented method. It works with the natural breath and with what is perceptible in the body. The breath is the focus and is accompanied attentively. This creates space for perception and change. The nervous system regulates itself. Tension is released. The breath becomes freer. __Whereby breathing therapy can provide support:__ __Physical complaints__ - Acute and chronic pain - Back, neck and joint problems - Muscle tension and inner restlessness - Unexplained or psychosomatic symptoms - Exhaustion, stress and burnout __Respiratory and nervous system__ - Breathing difficulties, asthma, COPD - Long Covid - Sleep disorders, snoring, sleep apnoea - Tinnitus __Mental stress__ - Anxiety, inner pressure and tension - Depressive phases and listlessness - Grief, excessive demands and despair - Situations in which everything becomes "too much" __Support and rehabilitation__ - During and after medical treatment - After operations or accidents - In addition to physiotherapy - Complementary to medical care - Accompanying chemotherapy __What people often report__ People experience changes in the course of breathing therapy: - More inner peace and stability - Less pain and tension - A freer, calmer breath - More confidence in their own body - New confidence and joie de vivre __Perceiving mental issues in the body__ Mental stress is not only reflected in our thoughts.
