Breathing therapy helps individuals become more aware of their own breath and body, recognize tension, and promote the body’s natural regulatory processes. It can be used on its own or as a complement to medical or therapeutic treatment. The practice supports people with, among other things: - acute and chronic pain - back, neck, and joint discomfort - muscle tension and states of tension - stress, exhaustion, and burnout - breathing difficulties, asthma, and COPD - Long COVID - Sleep disorders, snoring, and sleep apnea - Tinnitus - Psychosomatic symptoms - Anxiety, inner tension, and panic - Depressive episodes, grief, and feeling overwhelmed - Stressful life situations Breathing and body therapy can also provide valuable support during or after medical treatments, following surgeries or accidents, and as a complement to physical therapy or medical care.
