Using a gentle, respectful and personalized approach, each session aims to relieve physical, emotional and energetic tensions, while encouraging the body's natural self-regulation. Treatments can also be carried out at home (travel costs CHF 1.-/km).

• Foot reflexology (ASCA recognized): stimulation of reflex zones to improve circulation, reduce stress, promote sleep and rebalance the body.
• Tui Na massage: therapeutic massage derived from Chinese medicine, ideal for relieving muscular pain, nervous tension and digestive disorders.
• Relaxing massage: deep relaxation, letting go, stress reduction and improved sleep quality.
• Reiki Usui & Reiki Shamballa: energy treatment to calm the mind, release blockages and reharmonize vital energy.
• Cupping & moxibustion (complementary to massage): traditional Chinese medicine techniques to relieve pain, stimulate circulation and boost immunity.
