In the Kirchenfeld district of Bern, we offer naturopathic and Ayurvedic therapies. During an Ayurvedic Dosha analysis, we determine your basic constitution, provide tips to balance the body energies (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and together find the key to your health.

We also offer special massages during and after pregnancy: pregnancy massage, which provides deep relaxation and support during pregnancy, and postpartum massage to regenerate and strengthen well-being after childbirth.
