A graduate in medicine (MBBS) and surgery (FRCS Eng, Mebeko Ch), she trained in London before becoming a consultant at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester. With extensive international experience, she founded her own clinic in 2000 under the regulation of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
