After studying medicine at the University of Bern, Dr. Taghetchian trained in general surgery and plastic surgery in Zurich and at clinics in Rio de Janeiro and Berlin.

He specialized in botulinum and filler treatments for facial optimization. Dr. Taghetchian has been part of the Smoothline team since 2008 and founded Smoothline Munich in 2011. After ten years, he returned to Switzerland and now works mainly in Zurich, where he brings his 13 years of experience in minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Taghetchian is an internationally sought-after speaker, including in Monaco, Paris and New York and a respected trainer worldwide. He has also been training other doctors in filler and botulinum treatments for ten years. He is also responsible for training doctors and works in the field of medical technology after completing his MBA. He wrote his master's thesis at the Technical University of Munich on the subject of "Ethics in aesthetic medicine". He speaks five languages and is a member of the DGBT (German Society for Botulinum and Filling Therapies) and the FMH (Swiss Medical Association).
