__My Approach:__
I became a therapist over ten years ago, driven by a deep fascination with human beings, their ways of living, and how they function. I have always felt the need to help others and make a meaningful contribution. Every encounter with my patients is an opportunity to explore their unique stories, and I place great importance on active listening. I am convinced that many illnesses could be prevented if we took more time to listen to one another. Having a space where one can let go, feel heard, or simply savor the silence and take care of oneself is essential to everyone’s well-being.

__My Background:__
My journey in Traditional Chinese Medicine began in 2010, when I enrolled at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in England. It was there that I learned the fundamentals of this discipline and earned my acupuncture diploma in 2014. Eager to deepen my knowledge, I then spent a year in Shanghai at YueYang Hospital, followed by four months in Beijing at DongZhiMen Hospital. These experiences allowed me to work alongside renowned Chinese masters, refine my practice, and enrich my knowledge. Then, upon returning to Switzerland, I felt the need to incorporate a complementary manual therapy and turned to reflexology. After two years of training, I earned my diploma as a reflexologist. Since then, I have continued to pursue further training, specializing in techniques such as Gua Sha, auriculotherapy, cupping, and, of course, acupuncture and reflexology. Passionate about my profession, I take the time to listen to my patients and explore new approaches. Currently, I am enrolled in a one-year training program on acupuncture for infants, children, and adolescents, as well as another program that delves deeper into the classical texts of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My desire to learn and grow in my practice is unwavering. In my practice, the patient is never alone. On the contrary, while inserting the needles, I take the opportunity to massage the areas of the body that need it. I am aware of the importance and benefits of touch, and I am convinced that it not only improves the outcomes of my practice but also provides me with valuable insights into each patient’s condition.
Since 2015, I have been accredited by both ASCA and RME. As a result, treatments are covered by supplemental insurance plans. In addition, I am currently preparing for the OrTra federal diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the highest level of recognition in Switzerland.
