Acupuncture is a practice derived from traditional Chinese medicine, which involves stimulating specific points on the body, usually with fine needles, to restore energy balance and assist with various functional disorders.
A graduate of the Collège de Rosemont in Quebec, Sylvie Wyler has been practicing acupuncture since 1993. She began working in Lausanne, where she opened her own practice a year after graduating. Her career has included working in institutional settings, notably at the Fondation du Levant and the Cery psychiatric hospital, where she practiced the NADA method, used in particular to support anxiety, sleep and addiction.
She also integrates complementary techniques such as self-hypnosis, in order to encourage patients' autonomy in their care.
The practice offers a welcoming environment open to all, with particular attention paid to listening and support.
