At Espace Tho, I offer personalized care inspired by __traditional Chinese medicine__, acupuncture, and body-based and psycho-emotional approaches.
Each session is designed as a time to slow down, listen, and restore balance. I take into account your physical condition, life experiences, stress levels, energy, and goals to create a treatment plan tailored to your situation.
Depending on your needs, the session may combine __acupuncture, Tuina therapeutic massage, Guasha, moxibustion, cupping, kinesiology, sound therapy, bodywork, and psycho-emotional approaches__, all within a holistic and individualized framework.
This support can be part of a program focused __on stress management, recovery, overall balance, prevention, well-being, or optimizing your lifestyle and improving your performance__. This approach can also create a space to explore your __relationship with your body, yourself, intimacy, and trust__, when these aspects are part of your experience.
My background in __biomedical analysis__ at the hospital brings to this approach a particular sensitivity to rigor, observation, hygiene, and safety.
__Espace Tho is a space where ancestral wisdom meets a modern approach to the human experience: to care for the body, better understand its balance, and restore greater harmony between the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of life. The goal is to provide coherent, precise, and deeply personalized support.__
