A former international-level handball athlete, registered nurse, and experienced coach, I have built a unique path grounded in a comprehensive vision of health. I integrate the essential pillars of body, mind, and energy into each session.

Certified in acupuncture (DNMTC), therapeutic shiatsu, and hypnosis, I use powerful tools to relieve stress, physical pain, energetic imbalances, and emotional difficulties.
