I accompany each person with a holistic approach, focused on balancing the body and achieving lasting well-being. Trained in TCM through a comprehensive curriculum, I have developed solid skills in acupuncture, as well as in complementary techniques such as __cupping__and __Gua Sha__. I also deepened my practice with a specialization in Tuina massage, a manual approach aimed at releasing tension, improving circulation and rebalancing energy. Traditional Chinese Medicine considers the whole person and seeks to treat the cause of imbalances rather than just the symptoms. It can accompany a wide range of disorders, such as musculoskeletal pain, digestive disorders, stress, sleep disorders, migraines or hormonal imbalances. I tailor each session to your needs, with a personalized, caring approach that listens to your rhythm. I am currently ASCA-accredited.
