I enjoy movement! As a child I discovered apparatus gymnastics, and for 20 years I remained active in the sport – first as a gymnast, later as a coach, judge, and course instructor. The human body still fascinates me; understanding how it – or humans in general – stay, become, or return to being “healthy” remains exciting and is my goal!
I have worked as an independent therapist since 2007 in the Old Town of Bern. Nowadays, alongside physiotherapy techniques, I mainly focus on:
Acupuncture Massage according to Radloff
Treatment follows an anamnesis and testing at the outer ear. Gentle strokes on the body activate the meridians, mobilise the pelvis and spine, and balance the body’s energy flow.
Classical / Medical Massage
Passive treatment techniques for joints and muscles, fascia and other connective tissue.
Personal Training
Assessment of the current state, creation of a personalised training programme, and training supervision.
