Formation
Née au sud de la Chine, j'ai eu mes premiers contacts avec la Médecine Traditionnelle Chinoise (MTC) et l'univers des énergies au collège lors des cours de Tai'Chi. Cela m'a convaincue de la réalité et du pouvoir des énergies sur le corps humain en relation avec la Nature et l'Univers. J'ai suivi une première formation de médecine occidentale et travaillé avant de quitter la Chine en 2000 pour l'Allemagne. Cette première partie de ma vie m'a permis d'acquérir de la pratique et des connaissances médicales de base.
J'ai rencontré mon mari en Allemagne et l'ai suivi en Suisse où j'espérais pouvoir poursuivre mon travail dans le domaine médical. Le diplôme chinois de médecine occidentale n'étant pas reconnu en Suisse, j'ai décidé de faire des études d'hygiéniste dentaire et ai travaillé dans des cabinets dentaires à Lausanne puis à Dubaï. Cette expérience m'a enseigné l'importance des contacts humains ainsi que l'impact de l'Environnement sur la santé et le bien-être de chacun. Cela m'a confirmé que l'Etre Humain est à considérer en rapport à l'Univers et à ses Energies.
En 2016, je suis retournée en Chine et j'ai décidé de continuer dans cette voie des relations entre l'Homme et l'Univers. J'ai obtenu mon diplôme universitaire à l'Université de Médecine Traditionnelle Chinoise de Shanghai en 2022, puis après une année en hôpital j'ai reçu la licence de médecine chinoise me permettant de travailler en tant que docteur MTC en Chine. J'ai pratiqué la MTC et voyagé dans différentes régions de Chine afin de suivre plusieurs maîtres de MTC pour perfectionner ma technique et mon approche dans le soin du patient. Etant consciente de l'importance de l'inter-dépendance entre la santé physique et psychologique, j'ai suivi une formation en soins de la psychologie en MTC.
De retour en Suisse, au bénéfice d'une double culture chinoise et suisse, j'ai décidé de promouvoir la MTC et sa philosophie en mettant mes compétences au service de mes patients.
Déroulement d'une séance
Lors de la première séance, je commence par établir un bilan holistique de la santé, tant physique que mentale du patient. Pour cela, j'évalue divers aspects de la condition du patient, y compris les caractéristiques du pouls, la langue, les symptômes, et les facteurs émotionnels. Basé sur ce bilan, je donne des conseils au patient par rapport à son style de vie. Pour que son état s'améliore, il est fondamental que le patient collabore avec moi. Je décide ensuite du traitement adapté. Cela peut soit consister en un seul type de traitement soit être une combinaison de plusieurs traitements, tels que l'acupuncture, le guasha, la phytothérapie, la moxibustion, l'application de ventouses ou encore un massage.

Education
Born in southern China, I had my first contact with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the universe of energies in college during Tai'Chi classes. This convinced me of the reality and power of energies of Nature and the Universe onto the human body. I first completed studies in Western medicine and worked before leaving China in 2000 for Germany. This first part of my life allowed me to acquire practice and basic medical knowledge.
I met my husband in Germany and followed him to Switzerland where I hoped to continue my work in the medical field. As the Chinese diploma in Western medicine was not recognized in Switzerland, I decided to study to become a dental hygienist and worked in dental practices in Lausanne and then in Dubai. This experience taught me the importance of human contact as well as the impact of the Environment on everyone's health and well-being. This confirmed to me that the Human Being must be considered in relation to the Universe and its Energies.
In 2016, I returned to China and decided to continue on the path of the interactions between Man and the Universe. I obtained my university degree at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2022, then after a year's practice in a hospital, I obtained a license in Traditional Chinese medicine allowing me to work as a TCM doctor in China. I practiced TCM and traveled to different regions of China to follow several TCM masters in order to perfect my technique and approach to patient care. Being aware of the importance of the interdependence between physical and psychological health, I also followed a training in psychological care in TCM.
Back in Switzerland, at the benefit of a dual Chinese and Swiss culture, I decided to promote TCM and its philosophy by putting my skills at the service of my patients.
Progress of a session
During the first session, I begin by establishing a holistic assessment of the patient's health, both physical and mental. To do this, I assess various aspects of the patient's condition, including pulse and tongue characteristics, symptoms, and emotional factors. Based on this assessment, I advise the patient regarding their lifestyle. For their condition to improve, it is essential that the patient collaborates with me. I then decide on the appropriate treatment. This can either consist of a single type of treatment or a combination of several treatments, such as acupuncture, guasha, herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping or massage.
