I am Reiki & Sound Bath Practitioner

Reiki is a japanese healing practice using a hands-on method. It reinforces the body’s defence & self-healing capacities. Physical, emotional, mental & spiritual healing are encouraged through this universal energy. Reiki can be done in person and /or from a distance & is compatible with any other medical or paramedical treatment. The effectiveness of drugs & remedies is enhanced while reducing side effects.

For a first Reiki treatment, it is highly recommended to do 4 consecutive sessions so the energy can work its magic.

During the session you’re fully dressed, there isn’t any preparation to do in advance.

For Sound Bath as well no preparation is required, you just come in, lay down & let yourself be carried away by the sounds.

A sound bath encourages a relief from stress, anxiety & depression. It helps access a deep relaxation of the mind & body and thus brings a feeling of peace. Also, the release of physical or emotional blockage can be eased through this method. Immunity can be enhanced & the nervous system harmonised. Clarity and intuition seem to improve while the awareness is certainly heightened.
