Консультирую с понедельника по пятницу с 08:00 до 12:00 и с 14:00 до 18:00.
Консультации только по предварительной записи.
Для новых пациентов, планируйте минимум 45 минут.
Мой секретариат (+41 22 328 26 55) отвечает на ваши звонки каждый день с 8:00 до 12:00 и с 13:00 до 17:00.
В нерабочее время ПРОСЬБА оставить сообщение на автоответчике (указать ЧЕТКО (членораздельно и говорить медленно и отчетливо) свою фамилию, имя и дату рождения, а также номер телефона, чтобы Вам могли перезвонить.
Любой прием, не отмененный по крайней мере за 48 часов (2 рабочих дня) заранее, будет оплачиваться за счет пациента.
Для неотложной медицинской помощи (но не по административным вопросам) вы можете отправить мне смс или сообщение WhatsApp на мой мобильный телефон.
ПОЖАЛУЙСТА, не звоните мне во время моих консультаций.

Je consulte du lundi au vendredi de 08:00 à 12:00 et de 14:00 à 18:00. Les consultations ont lieu sur rendez-vous uniquement.
Pour les nouveaux patients (nouvelles patientes), merci de planifier minimum 45 minutes.
Mon secrétariat (+41 22 328 26 55) répond à vos appels tous les jours de 08:00 à 12:00 et de 13:00 à 17:00. En dehors de ces heures, MERCI de laisser un message sur le répondeur automatique (indiquez CLAIREMENT (articulez et parlez lentement et distinctement) votre nom, prénom et date de naissance, ainsi qu'un numéro de téléphone pour que l'on puisse vous rappeler.
Tout rendez-vous non annulé au minimum 48 heures (2 jours ouvrables) à l'avance, sera facturé aux frais du patient.
Pour les urgences médicales (mais pas pour des problèmes administratifs) vous pouvez m'envoyer un message sms ou WhatsApp sur mon téléphone portable.
MERCI de ne pas me téléphoner pendant mes consultations. MERCI de ne pas venir sans rendez-vous à mon cabinet médical.
REGLE de fonctionnement : 1 problème médical par consultation. Je ne peux pas gérer plusieurs problèmes en une fois.

Any appointment not canceled at least 48 hours (2 working days) in advance will be billed at the patient's expense.
For medical emergencies (but not for administrative issues) you can send me an sms or whatsapp message on my mobile phone.
PLEASE do not call me during my consultations. THANK YOU for not coming without an appointment to my doctor's office.
