### Vorstellung der Gesundheitsfachperson
Sandrine Goret ist Faszientherapeutin und seit 2022 in eigener Praxis niedergelassen. Sie verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege und hat in der Notaufnahme und auf der Intensivstation gearbeitet, sowohl mit Erwachsenen als auch mit Kindern.
Heute bietet sie Faszientherapie an, eine sanfte manuelle Methode, die auf die Faszien wirkt - das Bindegewebe, das Muskeln, Organe und innere Strukturen des Körpers umhüllt. Diese Methode, die auf die Arbeit von Danis Bois zurückgeht, zielt insbesondere auf die Linderung von Schmerzen, die Verbesserung der Mobilität, den Abbau von Stress und die Förderung einer besseren Körperwahrnehmung ab.
Die Begleitung ist auf die Bedürfnisse jedes Einzelnen zugeschnitten und umfasst Instrumente, die auf die jeweilige Problematik abgestimmt sind. Die Faszientherapie ermöglicht die Wiederherstellung eines körperlichen und emotionalen Gleichgewichts und unterstützt die Selbstregulierungsfähigkeit des Körpers.
Sandrine Goret nutzt ihre doppelten Kompetenzen in der Krankenpflege und der manuellen Therapie, um eine ganzheitliche und personenzentrierte Betreuung anzubieten.
